This Order of the Bulgarian Minister of the environment and waters, based on the provisions of the national Environmental protection Act, sets details on the procedures for access and the procedure for completing, updating and entering information in related public registers, among rules regarding the persons responsible for ensuring access to and maintenance of such public environmental registers.
