Abstract
This Order establishes the permissible dry-weight quantities of medicinal plants for collection from natural habitats during the 2026 season. These quotas apply to 11 specific species including Paeonia peregrina, Primula veris, and Atropa belladonna within defined regions, excluding territories located within national parks.
A total prohibition is imposed on the collection of 24 specified medicinal plant species, such as Adonis vernalis, Convallaria majalis, and Sideritis scardica, from natural habitats throughout the country. While an exception exists for plants gathered for personal use, this exception is specifically revoked for Sideritis scardica. The document further prohibits the distribution of plants to collection points that do not meet established technical and sanitary requirements. Monitoring and control over the implementation of these measures are assigned to the directors of the regional environmental inspectorates
