Order No. RD-28/20.01.2017, NAFA amending Order No. RD-7/04.01.2017, on terms and conditions for utilization of turbot quotas for 2017.

This Order amends (and cancels) certain rules and deadlines stipulated by the Order RD-7/4.01.2017 of the Executive Director of EAFA on setting the maximum number of individual quotas for fishing vessels.
The official deadline for the submission of annual catch data has been extended (31 January), also for the purpose of illegal vessel reporting, unreported or unregulated fishing and serious infringements committed within the meaning of the Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 of 29 September 2008 establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, amending Regulations (EEC) No 2847/93, (EC) No 1936/2001 and (EC) No 601/2004 and repealing Regulations (EC) No 1093/94 and (EC) No 1447/1999;
