Abstract
This Order determines various specific rules regarding the proper use of state-owned dams, as regards the performance of fishing activities (commercial, amateur, recreational), and also on aquaculture sites.
This text closely treats the following topics: state ownership in fisheries; zoning provisions; issues on technological areas of operation and aquaculture zones in dames; rules for the performance of economic fishing and aquaculture in state owned dames, including the Black Sea, and river Danube; amateur fishing rules; rules and time limits in scope, also used for drawing up fishing protocols.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the Dam areas categorization and classification; administrative forms and data reporting sheets).
