Ordinance N. 3 of 28 April 2022 on servicing unmanned ships sailing on inland waterways.

This Ordinance, in accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian Merchant Shipping Code, determines the conditions and the order for servicing unmanned ships (vessels without crew on board but which are controlled remotely from the shore) sailing on inland waterways of the Republic of Bulgaria during sailing, when staying at an anchorage, when entering, mooring and staying in the water area of ports, as well as when performing loading and unloading operations. The Ordinance shall not apply to warships, border police and state ships, used for non-commercial purpose, as well as to small unmanned ships.
