Ordinance N. 5 of 31 July 2014 for the construction in the forest territories without change of their purpose.

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on forests, determines: 1. the conditions and order for construction of sites (defined in article 54, paragraph 1 of the Law on forests “Right to build on land in forest areas), without changing the purpose of related forest territories; 2. the conditions and order for construction of buildings and facilities under article 153 (paragraph 1) of the Civil Code; 3. the classification of forest roads and norms for the design, construction and their putting into operation. This text shall be applied for all forest territories regardless of their ownership.
