Ordinance No. 15 of June 28, 2022 on the acquisition of qualifications for the profession "Operator in the food industry".

This Ordinance defines the state educational standard (DOS) for the acquisition of qualification in the profession 541020 "Operator in the food industry" from the field of education "Production and processing" and professional direction 541 "Food technologies" according to the List of professions for professional education and training under Art. 6, para. 1 of the Law on Vocational Education and Training. The state educational standard for the acquisition of a qualification in the profession 541020 "Operator in the food industry" according to the Annex to this regulation determines the requirements for the acquisition of the second degree of professional qualification for the specialties 5410201 "Grain storage, grain processing and feed production", 5410202 " Production and processing of milk and milk products", 5410203 "Manufacture of meat, meat products and fish", 5410204 "Manufacture of canned food", 5410205 "Manufacture of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages", 5410206 "Manufacture of sugar and confectionery", 5410207 "Manufacture of tobacco and tobacco products" and 5410208 "Manufacture of vegetable oils, oil products and essential oils".
