Abstract
This Ordinance, as in accordance with the terms of Bulgarian Law on forests, determines: 1. the types of logging activities and methods for carrying out of the same; 2. the conditions and the order for logging performance; 3. the rules for marking trees, planned for logging, and preparation of the accompanying documents; 4. the conditions and the order for issuing logging permits; 5. the system of regimes and measures for management of forests, logging in forest with types of natural habitats that are included in the European ecological network Natura 2000.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing list of forest types of natural habitats included in the boundaries of protected areas under the Biodiversity Act).
