Ordinance № RD-07-7 of 28 June 2019 for inclusion in the mechanism of personal assistance.

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Personal Assistance Act, determines the procedure for inclusion in the mechanism of personal assistance and the manner of application of the procedures for: 1. preliminary control, current control over the implementation of the provision of the personal assistance mechanism and subsequent evaluations of the implementation; 2. avoidance of the double financing of activities in support for satisfaction of the same needs of the user of personal assistance in connection with article 13 (paragraph 1) of the Personal Assistance Act; 3. conclusion, amendment and termination of the agreement for provision and use of personal assistance between the user, the assistant and the provider of personal assistance, as well as fulfillment of the labor legal relations in observance of the requirements of the labor legislation; 4. reporting of the work done by the assistant and payment of remuneration for the actually worked time; 5. conducting training of the assistants and the users of personal assistance according to article 21 (paragraph 2, item 8) of the Personal Assistance Act.
