Abstract
This Ordinance shall regulate the terms and conditions for notification of new chemical substances, the terms and conditions for notification of intermediates, the obligations of the notifier after the issuance of registration certificate for a notified chemical substance and the content of the public register of notified substances. A registration certificate shall be issued for notified chemical substances by the Minister of Environment and Water.
