Ordinance on valuation of land properties in forest territories.

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on forests, regulates the conditions and procedures for determining the following: 1. prices for transactions with land properties in forest territories - state and municipal property; 2. prices of detached trees in forest territories and outside them; 3. prices for establishing the right to build on land properties in forest territories - state and municipal property; 4. prices for establishing the right of use and easements on the plots properties in forest areas; 5. prices for change of the purpose of land properties in forest territories; 6. prices of land properties in forest territories, for which normative act or a public authority requires an assessment and no other conditions are specified in law and order for preparation of the assessment; 7. values of compensations in case of expropriation of land properties on forest territories; 8. values of damages caused to land properties in forest territories; 9. insurance and mortgage value of land properties in forestry territories; 10. starting prices for conducting auctions for renting land in forestry territories - state property; 11. prices for consolidation of land properties in forest areas.
