Regulation amending the Regulation N. 13 of 31 March 2004 on the release of production permits for producers and handlers and on registration of traders of seeds and propagating material.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation N. 13 of 31 March 2004 on the release of production permits for producers and traders and on registration of traders of seeds and propagating material (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 40/2004, 26/2005, 73/2008 and 103/2011).
Changes are related to the general terms, definitions and scopes (article 1 and 2); traders registration procedure details (article 13); some inspection provisions (article 15); data keeping and registration (article 17); contents of the seed storage registration requirements (article 18); self-declaration registry provisions (article 21); cancellation of registration that are not comply (article 25 is cancelled); and amends some parts of the Annex.
