Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No. 109 of 12 September 2006 on feed official control (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 84/2006).
Changes are related to the re-edited article 1 (setting basic issues and scopes: This Regulation determines: the methods, content and procedures for carrying out official controls on feed, through monitoring, surveillance, verification, audit, inspection and sampling and analysis; the requirements for the documents prepared by the competent authorities on the results of controls; the procedure and requirements necessary for the import of feed from third countries, in accordance with the requirements of article 24 of the Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 January 2005 laying down requirements for feed hygiene. Other adjustments are also made to articles 10 and 16. This amending publication also adds an entirely new Chapter (Chapter V, titled: Control of feed when imported from third countries, see added articles 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22).
