Regulation amending the Regulation No 12 of 15 July 2010 on limit values for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, fine particulate matter, lead, benzene, carbon monoxide and ozone in ambient air.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 12 of 15 July 2010 on limit values for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, fine particulate matter, lead, benzene, carbon monoxide and ozone in ambient air (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 58/2010, and already amended in the Official Gazette 48/2017).
Changes are related to the added terms in article 9 (nitrogen oxides); added terms on excessive costs in article 16, paragraph 3; adjustments in article 19 (regarding ozone levels); amendments and additions to article 38 (appropriate short-term measures); alarm thresholds (article 39); public information and reporting rules form article 43; municipal authorities duties and responsibilities (article 46).
