Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 12 of 25 July 2016 for application of the sub-measure 7.2. "Investments in the creation, improvement or extension of all types of small-scale infrastructure", measure 7 "Main services and renovation of rural areas" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme (brought by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 4/2018, and amended by the Gazette 70/2016).
Changes are related to the new maximum amount of certain incentives; administrative issues and forms for application of advance payments; new model or declaration for the generation of the net revenue; also some parts of the Annex are modified.
