Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 16 of 1999 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds when transport and storing, loading or unloading of petrol (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 75/1999, and already amended in Gazettes 9/2008, 33/2012, 14/2014, 45/2016, 12/2018 and 7/2019).
Changes are related to the cancellation of all provisions of articles 4, 7, 10 and 13; amended contents of article 6 (provisions on terminals with loading or unloading installations); in article 16 the words "the Ministry of Transport" shall be replaced by words "the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications", among other amendments, see article 9 of this text; also some parts of the Annex are modified.
