Regulation amending the Regulation No. 23 of 29 December 2015, on the conditions and procedure for grain market monitoring.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No. 23 of 29 December 2015, on the conditions and procedure for grain market monitoring (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 8/2016).
Changes are related to the updated names of official registers that are kept under the provisions of the original text; provisions of article 2 (paragraph 2) on official responsible authorities; issues on employees of the Regional Directorates of Agriculture (articles 18, 19, 20 and 21); and provides for a new set of forms and declaration sheets (Annexes 3 and 7 are here replaced).
