Regulation amending the Regulation No. 5 of 24 February 2015 on the implementation of measure 13 "Payments for areas with natural or other specific limitations" of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.

This Regulation amends certain provisions provided by the Regulation No. 5 of 24 February 2015 on the implementation of measure 13 "Payments for areas with natural or other specific limitations" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015, and already amended by Gazettes 31 and 80 from 2015)
Changes are related to the introduction of the Compensation payments for other areas affected by specific restrictions in article 1 of the original text; calculations of the financial assistance under the sub-measure "Compensation payments for other regions affected by specific constraints" for each aid applicant are made on the basis of the average amount of payment levels to the respective declared areas (article 8). This text further provides for an updated list of areas falling outside the scope of other areas affected by significant natural handicaps (new classification or zoning).
