Abstract
This amends several provisions part of the Regulation No 6 of 20 March 2007 on the conditions and order for grazing of eastern-Balkans breed pigs and their crosses (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 29/2007, and amended by the Gazette 3/2011).
Changes are related to the specific animal reproduction definitions (article 1 and 2); added provisions regarding the epizootic commission tasks (article 3); added reference to the Regulation No. 61 of 2006 on the conditions and procedure for official identification of animals for which no requirements are laid down in European Union Regulations; permit for pasture farming (sub-title of the Chapter II); new terms and definitions (see the section Additional provisions at the end of this text); mentions of the National Programme for the prevention, control, eradication and eradication of animal diseases and zoonoses (article 17 of the original text); revocation and re-edit of some Annexes (see article 21, 22 and 23 of this text).
The amended parts of the Annex are also part of this publication.
