Regulation amending the Regulation No. 6 of 8 October 2013 on requirements for the means of official identification of animals, conditions, order and control over the collection, introduction, maintenance and use of information in the Integrated information system of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No. 6 of 8 October 2013 on requirements for the means of official identification of animals, conditions, order and control over the collection, introduction, maintenance and use of information in the Integrated information system of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 90/2013, and already amended in the Gazettes 32/2014 and 42/2015.
Changes are related to the introduction of the terms “animal passport”; bee colonies identification issues; various types of ear marks that are applied on different types of animals; introduction of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 577/2013 of 28 June 2013 on the model identification documents for the non-commercial movement of dogs, cats and ferrets, the establishment of lists of territories and third countries and the format, layout and language requirements of the declarations attesting compliance with certain conditions provided for in Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council Text; and Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the non-commercial movement of pet animals and repealing Regulation (EC) No 998/2003.
