Abstract
This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation No 75 of 31 May 2006 laying down the conditions and a list of requirements for the health status of propagating material of ornamental plants, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 50/2006 and amended in the Official Gazette 22/2007.
Changes are related to the plant health requirements (article 2); technical provisions in the Annex; and added reference of the updated European Council Directive.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its promulgation in the State Gazette, with the exception of Paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 that shall apply from 1 October 2018.
