Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the provisions aimed to determine the procedures for assessment of the compatibility of plans, programmes, projects and investment proposals with the particular subject and effective purpose of protection/conservation of a specific national protected zone.
The compatibility assessment is performed in order to offer scientific research and technical opinion as regards the protection of areas previously classified as protected nature areas/sites present on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (including the technical assessment of the degree of impact on the protected areas; quality assessment of the report on the degree of impact on specific protected area).
The Annex is also part of this text (administrative forms and additional information).
Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption.
