Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and procedures for granting the financial assistance determined by the measure 5.1 "Technical Assistance" of the Operational Programme for "Fisheries" (2007-2013) of the Republic of Bulgaria, and directly funded by the European Fisheries Fund.
The rules stipulated by this Regulation are also in accordance with the provisions of the: Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006 of 27 July 2006 on the European Fisheries Fund; and Regulation (EC ) № 498/2007 of 26 March 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
