Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the terms and conditions for the application of specific measures aimed to offer the effective market support to the milk/dairy sector by providing the aid and subsidies for producers who have seriously suffered the crisis in the milk/dairy sector.
This Regulation further determines which European Union Directives and Regulations will be adopted and implemented as regards the above mentioned issues.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
