Regulation on the control of potato cyst nematodes.

This Regulation defines the control measures against the potato cyst nematodes called Globodera pallida (Stone) Behrens and Globodera rostochiensis Wollenweber (potatoes intended for human consumption an d/or for production of seeds), by providing various issues such as the methods for monitoring, inspection, detection, prevention of the spread, and additional control over the infected areas (on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, and in accordance with the European Union related standards and Directives such as Directive 2007/33/EC of 11 June 2007 on the control of potato cyst nematodes and its repealing Directive 69/465/EEC).
