Regulation on the development of plans for the management of protected areas.

This Regulation determines the minimum contents, specific rules and correct procedures for the development of management plans for Bulgarian national protected areas (such as national and/or natural parks; reserves and artificial reserves).
These plans will be developed with full respect of international conventions and basic rules on the protection of biodiversity, principally aimed to maintain the regimes and rules for the use of lands, forests and water areas in a sustainable, safe and controlled manner.
The Annex is part of this text (containing the list of necessary structural contents).
