Abstract
This Regulation officially determines and defines the details as regards the functions, tasks and composition of the Bulgarian national Supreme Expert Environmental Council, including organizational rules and financial and administrative issues.
The Supreme Expert Environmental Council is an auxiliary body directly subordinated to the Minister of Environment and Water, and its internal order, composition and governance are also prescribed in this text, which is divided into seven thematic Chapters as follows: general (1); Functions and tasks (2); Composition (3); Meetings, quorum and majority (4); Implementation of decisions (5); Storage of documentation (6); Financial insurance and rewards (7).
The Annex is part of this publication (containing declaration forms).
