Regulation No 1 of 3 July 2003 on requirements for the procedures for recording, processing, storing, presenting and evaluating of results of own continuous measurements of emissions of harmful substances released into the ambient air from sites with stationary sources.

This Regulation stipulates the instructions aimed at setting out requirements for recording procedures, for processing, presentation and evaluation of technical results of performed continuous measurements of emissions discharged into the ambient or atmospheric air from sites with stationary sources, present on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Measurements and emissions object of these instructions are defined as concentrations of harmful substances in exhaust gases, deriving for example from waste incineration plants, combustion plants for waste oils and waste petroleum products.
These procedures shall be carried out in order to establish the necessary compliance with several emission limit values determined by thematic legislation listed in this text (see Chapter One, article 2, paragraphs 1-6).
