Regulation No. 1 of 30 January 2012 on the control and conservation of forest territories.

This Regulation provides conditions and procedures for carrying out activities aimed at controlling and protecting of forest territories.
This text also sets out the necessary conditions and procedures for movement on forest roads, for placing of road signs and their models, as well as models of access documents; the conditions and procedure for appointing forest inspectors, as well as other specific requirements for their psycho-physical fitness and vocational training; the models of tree or timber marks, the conditions and the procedure for their acquisition, delivery and use; the conditions and procedure for marking of trees designated for felling or timber; and the conditions and procedure for opening and closing of forest control points.
