Regulation No 1 of 5 January 2018 on terms and procedure for disinfection, desinsection and deratization.

This Regulation set the necessary sanitary and hygiene provisions as regards the procedure of disinfection, desinsection and deratization or detoxification of ambient and open spaces.
These rules are meant for objects of public use pursuant and in relation to the public health issues; establishments for food production and trade; administrative buildings and adjoining areas; production and storage buildings and facilities and adjoining areas; residential buildings and adjoining areas; parks, green areas and other recreational areas; elements of the engineering infrastructure of the settlements such as sewerage waste water networks and facilities, landfills for solid waste, district heating, telecommunication, power supply facilities, and other; objects used for veterinary purposes and activities; farm buildings and adjoining areas; other objects and adjoining areas in which pests may appear and threat with various contagious human and animal diseases.
