Abstract
This Regulation sets the instruction rules as regards the financial aid in terms of reduction of state duties and taxes on purchased oil, only if used for certified primary agricultural production on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
These rules are to be considered as correct procedure and manner for the exchange of information between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Bulgarian Customs Agency in relation with the execution of what was defined by the State aid scheme for primary agricultural production.
