Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms and procedure for carrying out activities that engage the use of toxic chemicals and their precursors, also in relation to the terms prescribed by the Law on control of toxic chemical substances and their precursors.
Export, import and transfer of chemicals object of this text is regulated in article 4; submission of data to the Interdepartmental Commission is regulated in articles 5 and 6. Common rules for conducting inspections are listed in article 7-11.
