Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure and the manner for determining of dimensions, location and special regime for exercising the easements of different types of energy sites, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The location and dimensions of the easement zones shall be determined on the basis of the respective studies and projects for construction or expansion of energy sites, which are in accordance with minimum dimensions and other specifications as specified under Annexes 1, 2, 3 and 3a of this text. The type and the location of energy sites and of affected areas, included inside borders of servitude zones, shall be determined in the general and detailed development plans.
