Abstract
This Regulation defines the official Bulgarian state educational requirement for obtaining the qualification for the profession 541010 "Technologist in the food industry", as regulated by the field of education "Production and processing" and professional direction 541 "Manufacture of food and beverages" according to the list of professions for vocational education and training.
The state educational requirements for the acquisition of the above mentioned qualification shall also apply on the process of the acquisition of the third degree professional qualification for the specialties such as 5410101 “Grain storage, grain processing and feed production”; 5410102 “Manufacture of bread, bakery and confectionery products”; 5410103 “Production and processing of milk and milk products”; 5410104 “Production of meat, meat products and fish”; 5410105 “Canned food production”; 5410106 “Production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages”; 5410107 “Manufacture of sugar and sugar confectionery”; 5410108 “Manufacture of tobacco and tobacco products”; 5410109 “Manufacture of vegetable fats, soaps and essential oils”.
