Abstract
This Regulation sets the rules aimed to determine the necessary contents, the conditions and the order for establishment, maintenance and storage of related data as regards the national noise pollution registers.
These registers shall provide information useful for the elaboration and development of strategic noise maps and action plans.
The above mentioned registers and their data are public domain and all Bulgarian and foreign citizens and legal entities will have the right to access such information.
