Abstract
This Regulation sets out conditions and procedures for the performance of fire-fighting measures, here aimed for owners of real estates located in/or adjacent to forest fund sites, regardless of their ownership, territorial and functional purpose.
This text further specifies the related rules for protection of forests from fires. Forest fire protection is a complex of fire fighting measures and actions, measures and requirements for the prevention, detection or containment and elimination of forest fires. Forests and lands from the forest fund shall be classified according to the degree of fire risk in one of the following categories: (1) high risk of fire; (2) average degree of fire risk; (3) low fire risk.
