Regulation No. 31 of 11 August 2003 on procedures and criteria for the registration of private forestry practice and forestry fund activities.

This Regulation defines the necessary procedure and related criteria as regards the entry of private forestry practice individuals and traders entitled to carry out activities in forestry fund into the public registers of the National Forestry Administration for private forestry practice and for such forestry activities. Article 3 states that the National Forestry Directorate shall keep a register of all individuals engaged in private forestry practice.
The implementation of this Regulation shall be assigned to the Head of the National Forest Administration.
