Abstract
This Regulation sets out terms, conditions and procedures related to the grant and implementation of measures provided by the Operational Programme for food and/or basic material assistance, part of the aid from the Fund for European Assistance to the most deprived in Republic of Bulgaria for the period from 2014 until 2020.
This text identifies four different types of operations under the Food Operational Program: purchase of food products; individual food packages; warm lunch; and other technical assistance (see Chapter II for details).
This Regulation is in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 on the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived.
