Abstract
This Regulation provides the complete set of technical and administrative requirements as regards the herbal processing plants or facilities, and herb stores or sale points; and all necessary terms and procedures for organizing and carrying out activities such as the purchase, primary treatment and storage of herbs.
Requirements here listed are in relation with technical characteristics; technological premises and equipment; documentation and necessary data and information; primary treatment; storage, packaging and labelling of herbs; transport; sanitary and hygienic conditions.
