Abstract
This Regulation provides for terms and procedure for the issuance, transfer and cancellation of certificates of origin of electricity and thermal energy, aimed only for those deriving from high-efficiency cogeneration of electricity and heat, here under the responsibility of the national Commission for energy and water regulation.
This text further sets the recognition of certificates of origin issued by competent authorities in other Member States of the European Union.
