Regulation No. 7 of 9 July 2003 on conditions and procedures for issuing and revoking permits to operate as food voucher operator.

This Regulation sets out the rules regarding procedures for issuing and withdrawing of permits for operators that are operating in food voucher provision activities.
This text also establishes the conditions for organizing and controlling such activities performed by authorized operators, as well as the conditions and procedures for printing food vouchers, their nominal value issued for respective year.
Through food vouchers, employers shall provide funds for food to persons working under employment contracts and management contracts, separately from their remuneration. Food vouchers, object of this text, are substitutes by which users shall receive food and food products in relation to the nominal value of those vouchers.
