Abstract
This Regulation determine the detailed procedure for carrying out emergency disaster restoration or recovery works and task on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, aimed at ensuring the life and protection of the population health.
Emergency restoration works shall be carried out within occurrence of: accidents with radioactive sources; hazardous chemical release accidents; detection of substances with unknown composition and origin; earthquakes; floods; forest fires and fires creating prerequisites for ecological disaster; heavy snowfall; transport incidents; activated landslides; strong winds, storms and tornadoes.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the list of procedures for detecting unknown substances by composition and origin, and rules on the control of emergency workers).
