Abstract
This Regulation defines the scopes and operational rules for Bulgarian based rescue centers, which is here described as a natural or legal person who takes cares of live specimens of animals and/or plants housed in designated sites, also under the provisions of the national Law on Biological Diversity and authorized by the competent Ministry (here Ministry of Environment and Waters).
Main tasks of these rescue centers are: temporary accommodation of live specimens of plants or animals for breeding or treatment, while providing conditions that meet their species biological requirements during the necessary permanence; providing cells and premises suitable for growing and/or temporary taking care of specimens of plant and animal species (including isolation rooms and quarantine rooms).
The Annex is also part of this text (administrative issue sand forms).
