Abstract
This Regulation determines the structure, functions, organization and territorial scope of activity of the regional environmental and water inspectorates. The regional environmental and water inspectorates carry out their activities in accordance with the headquarters and territorial scope of activity specified in the Annex of this text. The regional environmental and water inspectorates are administrative structures under the Minister of Environment and Water, ensuring the implementation of the state environmental protection policy at the regional level.
