Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms and procedure for: organization of necessary border checks, customs inspection, border health, veterinary and phytosanitary official inspection controls to be performed on ships/vessels visiting the ports of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as control of the means of transport in these ports; reporting on the use of sea and inland waterway transport in respect of ships arriving in and/or departing from the ports of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Vessels visiting the ports of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be subject to entry and exit border controls.
The Annex is also part of this publication (certifications; declarations; several administrative forms).
