Abstract
This Regulation determines the activity, structure, functions and number of staff of the Bulgarian state Executive Forest Agency (EFA).
This text lists several types of relations between the above mentioned state body and other participants as regards the forestry and forest land related activities and tasks on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as in accordance with the provisions and aims of the Law on forests. The Agency is structured in an Internal Audit Unit, an Information Security Officer, financial controller, two directorates of the general administration and four directorates of specialized administration. Chapter Two, Section II sets out the powers and suties of the Executive Director.
