Regulation on procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

This Regulation determines the organization, order of activities, functions and staff related issues as regards the operation of Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The Regulation was adopted in the grounds of the article 42 (paragraph 4) of the national Administration Law.
Main competencies here defined are related to obligation to direct, coordinate and control the implementation of state policy in the field of agriculture, rural areas, forestry and hunting, fisheries and aquaculture. Section I of Chapter Two lists the powers of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. This text further sets all administrative relations and governance responsibilities in executive thematic sectors that are controlled by this Ministry, including inspection and financial provisions.
