Abstract
This Regulation determines the activity, structure, organization of work and the composition of the National Grain and Feed Service, that is here defined as a legal entity with appropriations to the Minister of Agriculture and Forests, with headquarters in Sofia, capital of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The National Grain and Feed Service shall: propose public grain warehouses, grain stores and grain traders for public licensing; exercise control over the public grain storage facilities, grain stores, all other grain storage facilities and grain traders facilities; control the conformity of offered cereal products; check the quantity and quality of grain in state intervention structures; control feed manufacturers and traders; control the circulation of feed materials; control the introduction of certain feed additives; control the conformity and completeness of special-purpose feed.
Composition and structure of the National Grain and Feed Service is listed in Section II of this text; Activity and organization of the work of the National Grain and Feed Service are stipulated in Section III.
