Regulation on special requirements for participation in approved schemes for national additional payments and specific support.

This Regulation determines the administrative provisions governing the conditions for approval of the participation in the national additional approved subsidy schemes (such as: payments per hectare of agricultural land; additional payments for the tobacco sector: additional payments for cattle; additional payments for suckler cows; additional payments for the slaughtering of cattle; and other as listed in the provisions of the article 1 of this text) for support to farmers and/or agricultural land workers (additional national payments under the terms of state agricultural policies and other related legislation).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
