Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms and rules necessary for the internal organization and effective performance of operational activities as regards the National Council on biological diversity.
The above mentioned Council is an advisory body part of the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the scope of performing several advisory and consulting tasks related to the environmental affairs in terms of the preservation of the biological diversity as general benefit.
Interaction with non-governmental organizations is also object of this text, including the list of relevant criteria to be fulfilled and observed by such external bodies.
The Annex is part of this text (administrative forms and requests).
